In his concurrent opinion, Justice Thomas wrote, “For that reason, in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell. Because any substantive due process decision is “demonstrably erroneous.”
They are trying to take away access to abortions, birth control, marriage equality, and other fundamental LGBTQ+ rights. To respond to this destructive decision we need to get educated and get organized.

Jackson Women’s Health Organization opinion on LGBTQ+ people and our communities.
