Join us for To The End, Together – a panel discussion between grassroots organizers about hope and resilience in the face of political uncertainty.
Using the new documentary To The End as a springboard for the conversation, Tiffany Dena Loftin will moderate this free, virtual panel discussion between movement organizers Katie Kirchner (Roosevelt Institute), Ilona DuVerge (Movement School), and Day Bradshaw (Sunrise Movement) as they talk about how their respective organizations combat cynicism and hopelessness in their corner of the Progressive movement. Each organization represents different movement tactics – direct action, political campaigns, and policy writing. Audience members will walk away knowing that, in the face of cynicism and hopelessness, they don’t need to be overwhelmed with the urge to do everything, they just need to try something, and there are communities ready to try with them.
ASL Interpretation, English Captioning, and Spanish language translation will be provided. For additional accommodation requests, please email Kaitlyn Hamby at kaitlyn@peaceisloud.org.
